Ministering to Southern Sudanese

My name is Gabriel Riak. I was born and raised in South Sudan. I came to the U.S. with my family in April 2004. My wife and I started a Bible study group with the Southern Sudanese people in February 2010, which became United Christian Fellowship in Kansas City, Missouri.
Our mission and vision is to extend the current ministry from downtown KC to reach the Southern Sudanese in Olathe, Kansas and St. Joseph, Missouri. There are more than 500 Southern Sudanese in St. Joseph and approximately 700 in Olathe who need to hear the Gospel. We will begin ministry in these areas soon through the development of community gatherings and Bible studies.
